100 Day Challenge: Day 6

Breakfast

Salad with Ground Beef and Salsa

A little bit of chicken, ground beef, corn 
Mango Banana Smoothie


I'm kicking this challenge up a notch. Today was the first day of daily my exercise routine. I walked/jogged by the beach today for 20 minutes.

I need to find a cardio video on youtube that isn't too long or strenuous. Any recommendations?
